How do you know if your policies and processes are out of date, not compliant with current legislation or if they simply aren’t meeting your needs? Where do you start? How do you know what needs updating? What’s your risk if you choose not to update? Understanding what you’re supposed to be doing with HR can be a little overwhelming.
